"Verily, along with every hardship is relief..." (94:7)

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Every thing in the universe is a sign existing in order to remind us of Allah, the Most High. When we look around with the heart, we can see numerous possible realizations of His holy words, like painted metaphors, surrounding, consoling us: He promises that every hardship brings along relief, yet as we are human beings, we tend to forget so often. We fall into deep thoughts and worries and almost lose our minds because of worldly matters. We forget that our whole life is already written - plain and simple with our Creator - so what's the point about decisions, hardships, etc.? It is a test of our imaan, not of making the 'right' decision whatsoever. It is all about how close we get to Allah swt during these times. How often did we seek advice of friends and family (which is absolutely nothing wrong about), knowing deep inside that all they could offer would be an open ear? How often would we be disappointed about it? Life is about building up a relationship with our Lord - exalted be He - our almighty, all knowing Lord. Who could help us more than the source of all power, all wisdom and knowledge and love and mercy?
Who could heal a broken heart better than the One who created it?
Thus the depth of our faith is constantly being tested in the most various ways. He wants to see how close we try to get to Him, how much we trust Him and how attentive we seek, find and trust in His promises. This goes out to everybody who is having a hard time right now: stop worrying, your life is already written. He promised relief, so trust Him, try to get as close to Him as you can, for there is no sweeter comfort than by the exceedingly unlimited Merciful.
